This spot showed the risk immigrants took to find a new life in a strange land. What’s special about the commercial is the serious nature of the footage juxtaposed the Kermit the Frog song – "Rainbow Connection" – which is, of course, conceptually relevant based on the different races and religions of people that came to America. This song was played at Jim Henson’s funeral, but his daughter felt our commercial was so powerful she would allow us to us it.
